GAC-Toyota Volunteering System Building

•Background

- In 2017, on the basis of the philanthropic system plan prepared by CCiA, GAC-Toyota decided to improve its employee volunteering system, making its employee volunteerism more systematic and standardized. 

•CCIA’s services and results

- Designed and built GAC-Toyota’s employee volunteering system based on stakeholder research; created plans and managerial mechanisms and provided service toolboxes and standardized processes. 

-Assisted in the implementation of the system and the establishment of volunteers’ association.
