– In 2008, Canon wished to build a sustainable employee volunteer management system to systemize and standardize employee volunteer activities and to implement Canon’s CSR strategy.

– Conducted a comprehensive review and diagnosis for Canon’s existing employee volunteer activities; consolidated and analyzed the information systematically; prepared the plan “Suggestions for Canon (China) Employee Volunteer System” based on Canon’s characteristics.
– The suggested system includes “Research Report on Employees’ Participation in CSR Activities,” the rules and systems of the Employee Volunteer Association, the handbook for employee volunteer activities, etc.
